This was our 4th visit to Jemez Falls campground in 7 yrs. LOVE the place. Wonderful campsites all spread out nicely. Very quiet, even at some sites with "over the max" occupants during daytime. Wonderful hiking trails all around campground. Clean restrooms. Camphosts were visible and stopped and spoke to everyone at least once a day. One of the best campgrounds we have ever visited, we will be back again and again.

Nice camp ground. Stayed in Loop 2. Site 28 has a trail head right next to it, so people will essentially walk through the site for the trail head. Cell phone reception was decent to good.

Tired of places having policies in place that allows them to steal my money even though I don’t stay there. Who got my $18 for me canceling? And who am I paying to sleep outside in nature anyway? So what was the happen if I told you I had a policy in place that’s going to charge you $180 for wasting my time? Will that be legal?! Probably not!

The campground was pristine and the public toilet facilities looked immaculate. The camp hosts were COVID-19 personal protection equipped, friendly and helpful. Of course, a lot of the state operated facilities were not available- like the fish hatchery area and the Valles Caldera welcome center. Water was not available, but we were informed ahead of time that the campground had no amenities. We loved it and will be back
