Beautiful campground. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the park and surrounding area. The gnats were really bad and one night we ate dinner in the car to get away from them. The addition of showers would be nice.

One of my favourite campgrounds ever! The surroundings allow you to steep yourself in history and beauty. The trails surrounding the area are well maintained as well.
The bathrooms (not vault!) are always clean! Always! They have a dish wash area as well that is so helpful. The campground hosts (I have camped there for 4 years in a row) are always helpful and friendly. I can’t wait till I get to go again.
My only criticism is that some of the sites are very hard to get into if you have a travel trailer (they are laid out incorrectly for you to park considering the direction of the road) and they are still marked as suitable for a trailer on the website. I managed to book such a site, but the campground host was so helpful and found a site for me that worked!!
