Love's RV Hookup-Santa Rosa NM 285

I was skeptical about staying here because of it being a trk stop but SO glad we did. It was easy to make a reservation and so easy to hook up with your own codes to unlock the sewer and you check in to unlock the electric. The semi’s were parked away from the RV park that i never heard them after i went to bed. I don’t know what people were complaining about for water pressure, ours was great. The pads are all concrete which was a bonus. Now lets work on why the fuel is so expensive compared to all other trk stops!!

Decent place to overnight. Area was clean, pads were level, and we had no water pressure problems.

We stayed 2 days at the Loves RV Park in Sweetwater, TX. Now that was a nice place to stay!

I must say that the Santa Rosa location was a bit of a disappointment.

On the negative side, the site has no showers, you have to use the bathroom facilities in the truck stop... and you have to pay for your shower. Also trying to fuel up your rig there is difficult at best.

Perfect for overnight stay. We got the corner spot which gives you a good view.
It was calm, clean and easy to use and to check-in (everything done online).
Water pressure is very low. If you need to use the dump system, you need to purchase the sewer system code at the store for $10 to unlock it.

Stay away from this Loves RV location. We had a confirmation for site 10 so we pulled in and checked in to turn on the utilities. Water did not work. Pressure was so low that the pressure diverter on the spigot would not activate. We called and asked for someone to come and check on it. The shift manager came out and asked us how we got 10 reserved as they don’t have it available for reservations. We checked the water pressure on site 9 next door and it was the same as 10. When I questioned the manager about the low pressure, he said it is a known fact that the water pressure is not good on 9&10 and that is why these two sites are discounted when booking. He said it was stated in the fine print on the website when I booked it. We had to connect a long hose to site 8 and add water to our tank. Pressure on 8 was low but worked to get some water on board. While filling my tank another customer walked over to enquirer about our water pressure, his was bad also. The manager told us to write a bad review and call to complain to corporate so that maybe they will fix it. This was our first experience with a reservation at a Love’s RV campground. It is also our last.

Clean sites. Extremely low water pressure. Site 10 was missing a part on water spicket so we had to call customer service. Excellent service from Gentlemen came from tire shop to help, unfortunately no part on hand, so they switched us to another site. Carls Jr provided quick delicious food. Dog park is just fenced in dirt and rocks, but at least pups can get off and run. 1st site did not have lock on sewage, 2nd one did so I had to go back inside to get combination. Easy to get into. Definitely a busy spot, later in night was overflowing with rigs, could make it difficult to leave late night/early morning.
