We were there during the week, so we had the camp to ourselves. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the trails, although the reservoir was 2 1/2 ft low so the beaches were not the best. All staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home.

We always have a great time when we camp at Warrior Creek Campground. Had a very quiet and enjoyable long weekend with much needed rest around the camp fire. We will be back soon.

Lots of privacy. Of course, the place was empty when I was there. Campsite 24 was great. The bathhouse was very clean.

We stayed at the campsite the whole time. We had family and friends that also stayed at other campsites which made the weekend great. Bath houses are nice to have.

We had the best time! The campground was so clean and well taken care of. The playground was clean and well maintained. Bath houses were immaculate, by far some of the cleanest bath houses I have ever seen at a campground!

Power was out pretty much the entire weekend. The swim beach was also in a rough condition and not maintained in any way.

Nice place to stay in the woods and near a nice lake. Lots of shade in most sites. We were in site 55. it was plenty long for a 40 ft. 5th wheel and our truck. Starlink may be hard to optimize due to tree cover. The power went out two afternoons in a row after storms hit. It was out for about 8-9 hours each time.
It is a good place for MTB riding.

No gate attendant all weekend. Security gate left open all weekend at all hours. No firewood. No ice. Arrive to the campsite to find it covered with trash, fire pit full of discarded food containers and had to do a complete clean-up. Boat ramp in dis-repair, no dock. Very disappointed to see the ACOE allow this beautiful facility slide. Many great sites are not reservable due to disrepair going back to Helene. I'm told these sites have no power and the Army Corps of Engineer's can't address this now two years? This campground use to be full on the weekends at $30 a night if not maintained you don't get a full campground. The positive is the outsourced service that cleans the bathhouses that are very clean daily.

The campground is absolutely lovely. There is an abundance of wildlife. Plenty of down and dead wood for burning, minimizing the risk of invasive species introduction. There was an ice and water machine on-site, but it wasn't hooked up. Site 2 is practically in the parking lot. The map provided is highly inaccurate. Nice view, but heavy traffic. The shower house was always clean and well stocked. The vault toilets were disturbing. A padlock on the outside of the women's is truly unsettling. They were filthy, poorly stocked, and one of the women's didn't even have a latch on the door. We're allegedly so concerned for the safety of women and girls in public restrooms until it's actually about keeping women and girls safe in public restrooms. There was a significant amount of small pieces of litter everywhere as well. I guess when our country can't afford to hire maintenance employees, opting subcontract everything to the lowest bidder, that's what we get. Shame our public lands are so poorly maintained and our tax dollars wasted.

I was also quite concerned at the frequency that the local sheriff's department patrolled the campground. Park rangers and sheriff's deputies feels like over policing.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would like to return. Many of the campsites are closed, due to reasons that weren't obvious to me, other than the lack of appropriate funding.
