Grt host. Super clean and very restful rest while hiking the AT.. Free shuttles to and from NOC. Resupply available and Honey the wonder dog. Have stayed twice now while in area. Highly Recommend.

This was our second year staying at Gorgeous Stays. My 3 children have so much fun playing on the grounds, and it is a perfect way to get together with friends while allowing kids freedom to play outside. The owners Scott and Wendy are so friendly and accommodating. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the new kitchen area was perfect for group cooking. We will be back next year!

I had the most incredible experience at Gorgeous Stays in Bryson City! From the moment I arrived, I was. greeted by the serenity of the mountains and the warmth of a home that truly lives up to its name. Every detail was perfectly thought out — cozy, elegant, and designed for relaxation and connection.

My tiny home, the double decker bus, was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. At night, we laughed under the stars around the firepit, soaking in the peace and sisterhood that this place seemed to embrace naturally.

The hosts were wonderful — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they pour their heart into making sure guests feel special and cared for.

We came here to unwind, connect, and celebrate our bond as women who have served — and Gorgeous Stays provided the perfect backdrop for all of it. We left refreshed, inspired, and already planning our next trip back!

Wonderful experience!! We stayed in the Skoolie and had a great time. Comfortable beds and clean. The bathhouse/main house was really nice and accommodating. Also has like any game you can think of, also pool, hammocks, firewood and more. Honey the “grounds dog” was such a special treat for my daughter who quickly grew attached and made a great camp fire companion. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back whenever we are in the area.

We were 11 miles into our hike on the AT and still had 6 more to go when we called in the afternoon. Wendy answered and kindly took a same day reservation. We made it to town by 7, and she even gave us a great restaurant recommendation and picked us up afterward. It was absolutely perfect!

The room was cozy and fun, fish-themed with lots of personality, and the shared bathrooms were spotless. No complaints at all. Thank you, Wendy, for saving what had been a really tough day!
