Cedar Point Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious sites, friendly hosts, and clean facilities, making it a great choice for camping near Emerald Isle. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere, ample shade, and proximity to nature trails and recreational opportunities. This is by far my favorite campground! I love that it’s close to the water because I always bring my kayak with me. They have a boat ramp that works great for my kayak trailer but I have seen some boats get stuck in the mud at low tide near the ramp. It’s ok at high tide. I love this place!

The sides of the walking trails need to be mowed because some parts are getting overgrown. Everything else was great.
