Cedar Point Campground is praised for its beautiful, spacious sites, friendly hosts, and clean facilities, making it a great choice for camping near Emerald Isle. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere, ample shade, and proximity to nature trails and recreational opportunities. While some facilities like the bathhouses need upgrades and there are occasional issues with water temperature and cleanliness, the overall positive experiences and caring staff leave a lasting impression on visitors.

we stayed in lot 30 it was excellent we had a 30 ft camper was plenty of room. we were not far from the bathrooms and we had plenty of yard in front of our camp site. there was plenty of squirrels to keep you entertained. It was very quite around=9 oclock everyone was inside and quite. Would stay there again. Give it a try I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Love the distance between campsites. The campground is always quiet with deer and other wildlife in the surrounding woods. Have been staying there the last several years on my North Carolina trips.

We have stayed at Cedar Point Campground 4-5 times and it is always a lovely, quiet campground. Sites are good size, with decent landscaping to provide some privacy. Definitely get a site on the outside of the circle if possible.
We never saw the host (we did not need any help from them so that didn't cause any problem).
We did not use the bath house during this stay but in the past it was always clean and comfortable to use.
