Quick stop for me, camped overnight so I could get an early start on a long hike the next morning. Beautiful sites and park! You can’t lose with the Smokies.

Some people bring several dogs with them and as they or other campers walk their dogs the barking begins. I didn't come to mountains to listen to barking dogs. I think a great improvement would be for a section of the campground to be designated pet free.

We've returned to this campground numerous times. Just love staying here. Closeness to Cherokee and the Visitor Center for Elk watching is a big plus
