The campground was very nice. The sites were nicely spaced out and clean. There were lots of shade trees and the river runs adjacent to it which provided the wonderful sound of running water.

Campground was well kept. Sites were a little closer together than I would have liked. Very annoyed with all the generator use, especially those who continued after posted hours.

Loved this place so much. Many bathhouses, though I do wish there were shower facilities. The creek adjacent to camp was such a nice touch to the experience. I'm so glad we camped on the NC Side given how tourist-heavy the TN side has become - this place felt secluded enough to feel deep in the woods, but close enough to any and all amenities one could need just a short drive into town.

Everything about our experience at Smokemount and GSMNP was perfect. The campground was clean and well maintained. Our site along the river was beautiful and well spaced out.
