Clean campground but the older lady running the store was very rude. First when I made reservations I didn't know they took good sams(wasn't informed) . When I went to the store the next day I saw where they did. I inquired about it ,told her I was a good sams member. Her response was I should have asked if they were good sams affiliated.anyhow I could only get credit to spend at their store for my GS refund. There were other rude comments but I don't have time or space to write it all. Needless to say we nor our friends (they had issues there also) will stay there again. Up until this year we always stayed here for the jeep event but not anymore.

We stayed here coming up the BRP and found service friendly, sites and facilities very clean! We had a river/creek site which was flowing well during a rainy period in May quite nicely for kids to be tubing. The park has all the amenities you’d want and they are well kept. Sites are VERY close and we would only do the riverside ones. We had a gravel site with cement pad for the picnic table. Water pressure was good as well as WiFi with the typical slowdown at night. We did Soco falls and Asheville trips from here. Would return!

We stayed at Stonebridge RV Resort for 4 weeks from mid-April to mid-May. This was our first time staying at Stonebridge. This resort was also our launching point to explore and hike in the Smoky Mountains NP, which was also our first time. We had a very nice pull-through full-hookups gravel site (F08). Our site was clean and included a picnic table on a concrete patio and a fire pit. There was a large tree between us and the adjacent site that provided shade. Overall, the campground is beautiful, very well maintained, and nicely laid out with clear signs, information, and designations. We liked that the office had RV supplies and information on activities and restaurants and a detailed calendar of events at the Maggie Valley festival grounds, which is only a few miles up the road. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were able to have our Amazon packages delivered to the office for pickup. The laundry room has coin operated machines and the facility was nice and clean. The campground itself was peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful time, would stay again, and highly recommend!

Eric, Yolanda and the staff did an amazing job of coordinating reservations for our group
of 17 motorhomes. Throw in the amazing weather and it was the perfect week. The level of detail that has been accomplished since the flood and rebuilding is amazing. Newly stained picnic tables and fences, lots of new gravel and site scaping. We highly recommend working with them if you need a place to host a gathering. Quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stonebridge! We came during the off season and rented a campsite by the creek. Full hook-ups and they put motion lights at each site so if you have to hook up at night, you can still see. It was mid-December and they also added heat tape to every hose spicket (hydrant). The spaces were a bit tight so I would recommend booking for a slightly larger camper than what you have so you will have enough room for your camper and a vehicle. The playground was very nice and the game room was a nice touch. The bathrooms are probably the best I have seen at any campground so far, offering a private space with a shower and toilet behind a full door. Everything was very well maintained and staff members came by during and after heavy winds to pick branches/limbs up from around campsites as well. This is also the first campground we’ve stayed at that was thoughtful in how they word listings for the sites to include that a tree may impede your ability to put your awning out, and that there are split rail fences at the creek on some sites due to damage from Hurricane Helene. We enjoyed the peace and quiet here because there are very few people camping here this time off year, and we opted to stay two extra days. Lydia and Lori were both very friendly.
