  • Maintain respectful behavior; firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
  • Carry a flashlight at night; lights required for bikes and golf carts.
  • Management can move vehicles or belongings in emergencies or to enforce rules.
  • Campers are responsible for their actions and any damages incurred.
  • All guests must conform to campground rules.

  • Rates may vary for holidays; extra guests over 12 pay $10 each per night. Rates include power, water, and Wi-Fi.

Cancellation policy

  • Holiday rates may be higher with a 3-day minimum stay; no reservations for minors without an adult.
  • Cancellations within specified time frames may receive a full refund; late cancellations incur a charge.
  • No refunds for early departures or adverse weather conditions.
  • No-shows will incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount.
  • Cancellations must be made by phone; text for confirmation.

Pets

  • Pets must be attended outdoors, not left outside at night; proof of rabies vaccination is required.

Vehicles & parking

  • Vehicles must stay on roads; no repairs or washing allowed on property.
