Despite the rain, we had a wonderful experience as always. The kids loved playing in the river, the adults loved having adult time (lol!), the parking was easy, the site offers a nice field for the kids to play and a lot of privacy (not near other tents). It would be great to have a little covered seating area in case it rains and the picnic benches are getting kind of tired...but we really aren't complaining - this is our go to spot for camping locally with our family and friends! Thank you!

This is by far my favorite campsite! First of all I am a tent camper and look for places that aren't predominantly RV "camping" and this fits the bill. All the vegetation is so grown in, your tucked in the forest, the sites are perfect and have a nice distance between the sites. The staff is the absolute nicest and of course the bath facilities are always in great condition. There is so much to do without every leaving the site, but if you do want to go out it's easy and if you need a forgotten supply its just at the end of the road which is so convenient. My favorite place to camp!

Great campground- loved our spot! The grate over the firepit was a nice addition to allow grilling of both dinner and breakfast. There were plenty of trees to hang our ENOs from and chill. We walked to the river to wade through, and also rode our mountain bikes right to the trails- no need to drive anywhere. Great location!

Policies & Rules

Cancellation policy

  • Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
  • Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
    • Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
  • Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
  • Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
