  • Renters must be at least 21 years old and register guests with management.

Site types & loops

  • RVs older than 8 years require management approval.
  • Tent-only sites are currently not available.
  • RVs must be in good condition and have liability insurance.

Vehicles & parking

  • A maximum of two vehicles per lot is allowed unless management approves more.
  • Electric golf carts are allowed only under specific conditions.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to use electric golf carts.
  • Golf cart users must provide proof of insurance.
  • Golf cart users must have management approval.
  • Golf cart use requires a medical reason.
  • Boat parking permits must be obtained from management.
  • Washing vehicles is prohibited without management approval.
  • Management can deny access to guests with unacceptable vehicles.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only; no parking on campsites or roads.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund minus a $50 fee; cancellations within 6 days forfeit the deposit.
  • No refunds for early checkouts for any reason, including weather or illness.

Fees & deposits

  • Full payment is required upon registration.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit is 7 MPH; exceeding it may result in removal from the premises.
  • Trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated dumpsters; a $25 fee applies for required cleanup.
  • Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
  • Minors may not consume alcohol; illegal substances and disorderly conduct are not tolerated.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM; music must not disturb others.
  • Children under 15 must be supervised and on their own site by 10 PM.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage.
  • Subleasing is not allowed.
  • Guests are liable for damage or injuries caused by themselves or their pets.
  • Guests assume risks related to camping and indemnify the property against claims.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
  • Management can change or add rules as needed.
  • The property can refuse service to anyone violating rules or laws without a refund.
  • Management can evict anyone not following rules and policies.
  • Guests indemnify the park against claims from their use of the property.
  • Storing items that affect park aesthetics is prohibited; items must be removed if requested by management.
  • Clotheslines are not allowed.
  • Permanent residency and mail delivery to the campground are not allowed.
  • Additional rules apply to long-term guests.

Utilities

  • Only toilet paper may be flushed; other items must not be disposed of in toilets.

Fires & fuel

  • Open campfires are not allowed; fire pits are acceptable if supervised and not used on picnic tables.

Pets

  • Small to medium pets are welcome; management can reject any pet.
  • Specific pet guidelines follow.
  • Cats must stay indoors or be leashed when outdoors.
  • Outdoor pets must be leashed or contained in a fence.
  • Pets cannot be left chained or kenneled outside unsupervised.
  • Exotic and aggressive pets are not permitted; aggressive behavior will lead to removal.
  • Excessive barking from pets is not allowed.
  • Clean up after pets; failure results in a $25 fee.

  • Only one RV or trailer is allowed per campsite.
  • No alterations to the campsite without management approval.
  • Planting trees or shrubs requires management approval.
  • Building permanent structures requires management permission.
