What a great place. Campsites good size. Staff is incredible. My family enjoyed our time there over new years. Already booked for spring break. Close to beach and shoping, restaurants.

We had an excellent stay and can't wait to return! This is going to be our new spring and fall vacation spot. Level concrete pads, almost all of them pull through, good strong clean electric and water pressure was plenty. Lots of amenities on site with the pool, multiple personal spacious clean bathrooms near the clubhouse. Security code gated, golf cart rentals, nice fire pits with firewood and starter on site. Just a great experience and super friendly people as well. Would highly recommend as I'm in a lot of RV parks and this one is probably laid out the nicest of any that I've seen.... Years later, all still apply. Very well maintained

I can’t leave Sea Breeze RV Resort in Holden, NC, without sharing how incredible it is! Many places call themselves a “resort,” but this one truly lives up to the name—and then some.

If you’re looking for a busy, loud park with golf cart parades and late-night partying, this is NOT your spot. But if you want a clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained RV resort, you’ve found it.

Sea Breeze is family-owned, and it shows in every detail. The grounds are immaculate, trash is quietly picked up each morning, and maintenance is handled so seamlessly you barely notice it. The pool is one of the nicest we’ve ever seen—large, sparkling clean, and surrounded by plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Rates are very reasonable, with great options for more extended stays.

It’s also just 15 minutes from Holden Beach and all the fun that comes with it. And don’t miss the Sea Breeze Market! It’s not a grocery store, but a charming boutique with upscale, unique finds.

We’ve stayed here many times, and it continues to be one of our absolute favorites. Highly recommend!

We tried Sea Breeze as I saw it had a very good rating, and we could see why. Concrete parking pads all around and nearly all had pull through. The facilities were top notch and their store is more of a boutique shop with some really cool things (but pricey). Plus, the Holden Beach area is so nice and relaxed. We will definitely go back!

We actually loved our stay. We were quite surprised with how much of a breeze we had the whole time. Owner named this campground very adequately. The door and awning sides of the camper are always in the shade in the evenings on every campsite. The hookups are in the shade in the mornings. The concrete pads and gravel near hookups was very nice and easy to keep everything free of dirt and sand. It was very quiet at night. Even on July 4th, things got quiet quickly. We had family who lived close by come over to enjoy the amenities. Nice luttle shade area at the playground. Our dogs absolutely loved the huge dog park. I think there were more dogs than kids during our stay. 100% will be back again in the future!!!
