White Oak Shores Campground

Looking for a nice quite place for you and your family? This is the place! Here for our Son's Birthday 🥳 The staff and locals are so nice. Very clean and kept up well. Bathhouse is clean, hot and will leave you feeling fresh. Be sure to remember gate opening is one vehicle at a time, we made that mistake ourselves so just making sure others know not to mess that up coming in. Extremely sorry about that! But, Honestly one of the best places we've stayed so far on our journey. Thank you White Oaks for your hospitality! We are~ Happy campers here!

We needed to extend our stay because of work related scheduling. They welcomed the change & had to rearrange the schedule since the lot was reserved for someone else.

Excellent RV Park. Lots are kept up well. The park is always nicely groomed and clean. Two different pools and two different bath houses which is nice to wash off the Chlorine before you head back to your RV. The Owners are amazing and the Staff are always courteous and friendly. Love having an annual lot to enjoy this fantastic park year round. Easy commute especially after a long week at the work. Short drive down to the park and relax. Definitely my decompression place to go! Oh they have various activities going on all the time. They keep everyone notified of the events! You will not be sorry!

We actually have our home just a mile and a half away from White Oak Shores Resort (yes, it’s worthy of being called a resort). We brought our travel trailer here over a year ago and loved it so very much that we paid for an annual site in the “new section”.

There is so much to do as far as amenities, year round. The staff is amazing, the people are so friendly, the views from the Riverfront are incredible, the entertainment is great most of the year and, having some delicious culinary food trucks come quite often is such a plus when you just don’t want to drive into town to deal with traffic or, you just want to relax and enjoy the place and not have to cook!

It’s located so close to all the great beaches, restaurants and shopping, but it’s still far enough away that you don’t have to worry about noise and traffic.

The sites are all incredibly well maintained, flat, and large!

Jimmy is an excellent manager that truly cares about this resort and the staff also show pride in the resort.

Do yourself a favor and stay at White Oak Shores! It’s a treat!

White Oak Shores Campground in NC is the best RV Campground so far, Its sites are spacious. They are well-positioned for large and smaller RVs. The electrical post, water spigot, and cable box are higher off the ground than the 4 I visited in NC and 1 in Orlando, FL. It is very well maintained, super nice. All the people are very nice, everyone says hello and waves hi. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are very attentive and make my stay super enjoyable. They have 2 dog parks, 1 small and 1 large, which is very clean. The roads are very wide and easy to drive through. They placed me in their new sites due to my long 14-day stay; very little leveling was needed, most sites look level to me. I am here during their off-season and would love to come back in the summer season, hopefully, they have space available.
