  • 1. We acknowledge camping at Kickin Back Acres Campground, LLC and participating in campground activities involves known and
  • bodies of water; falls from play equipment or caused by uneven surfaces; medical conditions resulting from physical activity; and
  • without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity.
  • 2. We expressly accept and assume all of the risks inherent in any activity or that might have been caused by negligence of the Releasees.
  • Our participation in any activity is purely voluntary, and we elect to participate despite the risks. In addition, if at any time we believe that

  • Acres Campground, LLC, then we may be found in a court of law to have waived our right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released
  • on the basis of any claim for negligence.
  • We have had sufficient time to read this entire document and, should we choose to do so, to consult legal counsel prior to signing. Also
  • We understand that any activity might not be made available to us or that the cost to engage in any activity would be significantly
  • greater if we were to choose not to sign this release, and agree that the opportunity to participate at the stated cost in return for the
  • execution of this release is a reasonable bargain. We have read and understand this document, and we agree that all persons in my

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; lights out by 11:00 PM.
  • Maintain a clean campsite; a $25 fine applies for cleanup violations.
  • Trash must be placed in dumpsters; there is no site pickup.
  • Respect others' space and privacy; do not enter other sites without permission.
  • Public disturbances are not tolerated; alcohol is allowed only at campsites.

Vehicles & parking

  • Campsites are limited to two vehicles unless approved for more.
  • Parking on grass or blocking roadways is prohibited.
  • The speed limit is 8 mph throughout the campground.
  • Only golf carts and bicycles are allowed; ATVs are prohibited.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are allowed in designated areas only; never leave them unattended.

Cancellation policy

  • Rule violations may lead to eviction with no refund.
  • Refunds are not available for weather, personal issues, or early departures.
