Old, run down, water in bathroom sink didnt wirk. TV didnt work. Space heater. Top loft, was by wooden ladder and a foam bedding was a (twin bed) in the ad. Very old and outdated. We slept on top of the covers with our own. And our own pillows. No ice. Someone was running in and out the place all night and you could hear them driving by constantly. Bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. Ran the coffee pot and the breaker flipped and we had to redo it. It was way over priced. We got up the next morning and just left. 253 00 for 2 nights was crazy!

This wasn't a terrible place to stay other than there were so many that were living in this RV park. Some of the lots were cluttered. It was pretty quite at night have no complaints there. But it's hard to get in touch with someone when trying get check in information, the number on their website doesn't work so I had to email and wait for an answer.

We were told an estimated price by phone, but the website billed a little cheaper, but we were charged a “balance due”at check-in with no clear explanation why. Staff had no clue which sites were available—assigned us one already occupied, then told us to “just find one.” Roads were narrow with non-running vehicles and cluttered long-term campers making it hard to drive or turn. The entry road is one narrow lane with blind spots & potholes. Website photos and pricing are misleading. Park is not clean and many unkempt and rotting trailers. Many non running vehicles making maneuvering difficult. Very disappointing—would not recommend or return.

Large unleash dogs, sewer smell, most are long term campers. It was very unkept! Trust the others negative reviews, they were correct. I wish I had. We felt very unsafe there. Although it appears that they are trying to make updates. We stayed just long enough to find another place.

We had reservations to stay here and could not stay here. I love to be that person to say positive reviews about a place. I will start by saying the staff member we first met was super nice and tried to be so helpful. The site we booked online , they said when we got there was someone on it permanent. So we will put you in another site we needed 50amp which is what I booked. Was taken to some pull through sites on a hill. No problem pulling through, no room to walk in front of camper without rolling down a bank. Couldn't even put steps down or let awning out. So the nice lady took us to a few more sites on the side by side but they were 30amp.
I now have read some of their reviews and definitely would not make another reservation here, The road getting in with a camper is one lane in meeting cars coming in and out, bathrooms were very horribly nasty, and the pull through site also had broken glass all over the place. My bad for not reading the reviews but their website pictures are definitely misleading. I have spoken with them and they said they would refund our money.
The two ladies I meet were very nice, I think one was the owner.
