What Guests Are Saying
Bandits Roost campground offers beautiful lake views, clean and well-maintained facilities, and spacious sites, making it a popular choice for campers. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. However, some areas, including the bathhouses and fire pits, require updates and maintenance, and there are occasional issues with the entrance gate and site cleanliness between campers. Overall, it remains a beloved destination for many.

Most of the sites are very spacious and well maintained. Not all of them though, so I recommend looking at the pictures and picking the one that is satisfactory. This year we have stayed here about 5 times and still have one more reservation in late October. One site we stayed at had a group of grown up trash trees that blocked our views. We asked to have a work order submitted to clean them up but when we returned a month later for another of our trips, they still had not been cleaned up. The staff at the front gate are volunteers and are the nicest people!!!

Beautiful, well-appointed campground with roomy and level tent sites. Amenities are great and the lake is gorgeous.
