Very small campground. Firewood was not available inside the campground, but rather you had to leave the grounds and drive down the road to a bar to buy it. The lake was full of algae and not only did it make the lake unswimable, but the whole campground stunk from it. I was glad we had only booked one night on our way out west, I would have been disappointed to waste a weekend here.

Nice, friendly campground. Grass was dry and not kept up where it wasn’t. 30 amp breakers tripped a few times. Also cell service pretty much nonexistent.

Great place to spend vacation. Most sites require blocks for leveling your campers.

Nice quiet place next to the river to spend the night. Would have enjoyed staying longer. Some of the spaces are a very unlevel but front levelers got it tilerable. Showers worked good. O ly place flr Verizon was near the booster at the toilet, shower building. Will stay here again.

East Ashtabula Crossing was a very quaint little campground with excellent views of the lake and a great swimming beach. We had a wonderful time of rest and relaxation. Some of the sites are small so you will need to size accordingly based on your RV. The only drawback was there is no dump station at this campground. I asked a couple of park rangers if there was a dump station here and they both had no idea what I was talking about - go figure. Had to dump at the Marathon truck stop in Valley City, ND. Would definitely go back here again. Also, zero cell phone service. We had to drive to the top of the hill to get service.
