We were unable to camp at Eggerts Landing because of a change in schedule. I tried to cancel my reservations but I could not. I was not able to contact anyone by phone nor email. A very bad experience. There should be someway to cancel or reschedule.

Great place to camp. Nice secluded camp sites, some with lake shore. 30amp power, showers, and flush toilets. However, be warned if you are there the last week of the season they may (as they did with us) close down early the last day they are open. Check out is 1PM. We left at 11am and the dump station had no water or hoses and the exit was barricaded.

Everyone at this campground has been so nice. After a broken down truck they were very accommodating. The site is beautiful and there is a small store bear the site that you have to visit. The owners are George and Darleene and they couldn't be nicer!
We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend a visit here.

We stayed on site 41. Great view over stream out into hills & fields, slightly sunny. No water hook-up, filled tank at entry. 90% of lots are completely shaded, lots of privacy. Gravel & dirt. Didn't use restrooms. Internet reception poor. Had a cell phone hot spot at restrooms.

The camp host is very nice and helpful there. He knew it was going to rain alot and our spot likes to flood, with a river running through it. So we located a spot that was not reserved and moved there and everything was fine.
I do have something to say about past experiences there. Its not the campsite, but the campers and people from town that gather at the south end by swimming area and drink and play games and carry on till late. They are extremely loud and makes it hard to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake side camping. I think if they want to party they should go somewhere else or to a specific camp site. This is how I feel about it. I think you should have left the bathroom there. Thank you. I really enjoy the area and the showers and everything else.
