What Guests Are Saying
Osage Cove offers a beautiful camping experience on Kaw Lake, with clean campsites, well-maintained restrooms, and friendly staff. Many visitors appreciate the scenic views, access to fishing, and well-kept hiking trails. However, some concerns include the need for more water hookups, issues with loose dogs, and inconsistency in campground management, particularly regarding noise regulations. Overall, it remains a favored destination for families and campers seeking a pleasant outdoor experience.

There was dogs coming into are site barking at us. Showers had no hot water Went to the front gate several times and each time they said they were unaware. Restrooms were not cleaned the septic water was coming up through the drain in the floor. I told people at gate but nothing was done. We camp here pretty much every summer I like it but it seams its going down hill fast. The swim beaches was closed due to the virus so because of that we had people constantly walking through our site to go swimming. Most of the people walking through our site had DOGS they would bark at us 1 came up and urinated on our cooler owner didn't even apologize. We told the owner of the pit bull and he said that's going to smell and laughed . When they was swimming the dog came back and barked at us. people was doing there dishes at the restroom water spigot. People was drinking late at night with loud music and hollering. If this happens again next year then it will be the last time we stay there. Not a very good Vacation this year.

There were too few sites that can accomadate todays RVs. We could not get into the site we booked but were lucky to find one that was FF. After leveling we needed another 2' of step to get in and out of our 35' motorhome.

This is a really nice campground. Only problems are there are no water hookups at individual sites, and no 50 amp service in any of the areas I have stayed.

My family and I had a great time at Osage Cove. Nice place to go if you like to Fish, Take walks, Get up in the morning and sit with family and drink coffee. Osage Cove has a nice boat dock to launch your boat. Not far away is also Sandy Beach to take your kids to swim. We really like Kaw Lake.

The park was in great shape. Just wish they had 50 amp service at all campsites. Also need more water hookups.
