Site are good size, clean and well shaded. Just wish they had 50 amp breakers instead of 30 amp breakers.

We didn’t realize all the campers around us would be as close to us as I thought and our breaker electric box get thrown breakers every time we turn around then we finally come and fix it. They were telling us our camper was too much for that breaker box, but I put the information in when I did my online order. It would been great if the electric would quit going off, we even only ran one air conditioner I could barely even cook not a very good experience.

We lost power the first night and was informed that electrician couldn't make it out until the next morning to look at it. We had to return home for the night. Park rangers and maintenance returned the next morning and had the electric fixed within about an hour and a half. Very thankful for that, but feel We should get a refund for one night.

Nice campground. Shady, cement pads, pretty lake.
There were a few issues with one of the four bathrooms, but taken care of when reported.
Very nice paved road going into park off main highway.

Great campground! Only reason not 5 stars is it is a little difficult to actually get down to the water from this campsite.

I hadn’t camped in a few years but we went and picked out a spot ( tent spot #68) ahead of time.
Reserving the spot was flawless and we had a great time.

General

- Entrance Gate will be open from 6am - 10pm from 1 April through 31 October Entrance Gate will be open from 6am - 8pm from 1 November through 31 March
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages at the Spencer Creek swim beach is prohibited.
- No person shall bring or allow dogs, cats, or other pets into developed recreation areas or adjacent waters unless penned, caged, on a leash under 6ft in lenth or otherwise physically restrained.
- Wild or exotic pets and animals,or any animals displaying vicioius or aggressive behavior,or otherwise posing a threat to public safety, or deemed a public nuisance are prohibited from project lands and waters unless authorized by the Distrcit Commander.
- A camping unit at one or more campsites at any one lake for a period longer than 14 days durring any 30-consecutive day period is prohibited without the written permission of the District Commander.
- American the Beautiful/Golden Age/Golden Access passes are limited to one campsite per pass. Pass holder must be present or discounnt may be terminated.
- Pass holders will be asked to provide the physical pass at time of check in. Failure to provide such pass or pass misuse may result in discount termination or may void pass validity all together.
