The ants were annoying, and I didn’t care that wasn’t a designated tent area in the campsite. But I made it work and I had the most beautiful view of the sunset. The hiking trail between parks was nice, but the scenic route needs to be cleaned up some, I questioned myself a few times which way I needed to go because I couldn’t see the path. Overall I can’t complain about how peaceful this place was, along with the views.

Camp grounds are good, lake is dangerous to boats and humans, unmarked islands.

Such a beautiful location. The campsite was directly against the water and had great views of the Potato hills. Everything was clean and tidy. Can’t wait to return.

Only two complaints really, firstly the water hookup for our site was about 65 ft from the pad so bring an extra hose, and the bathrooms do not get cleaned regularly, other than that its a beautiful place and I would go back for a fishing trip
