I have loved this site as a 1/2 way stop on trips to visit my grandkids in Texas and return to Nebraska since 2018. It has always been a lovely experience for a few days, mostly filled with fishing oriented campers who respect quiet times because they are going to be up at dawn to get out on the lake. It is well maintained, sites are mostly level and have a good distance between to feel you have privacy.

Sites are spread out and there is 30amp electrical and water on each site. There is no sewer or 50amp electrical at this time.
There was however a boil order in place for the water. This order is in place for the whole surrounding area, not just the campground. It would have been nice if this would be listed when you book your site. We didn’t know until we were hooked into the water and now all our filters will have to changed. The camp host was even not aware of this order and was supposed to get back to us and never did. We looked it up online to verify and had to buy tons of bottle water.
