Our week was quiet, not too many campers. Water and electric both worked. We had an enjoyable week

We love camping at Washington Cove. I raised my kids camping there. Now we live in Mississippi but camp there when we come back to see our kids and grandkids. My grandkids love it now.

The lack of in person check in is frustrating, we actually paid double we paid for the primitive camping area that was in the low spot of the area, no lake view. So was unable to cancel online so we could get a better spot for more money even though we didn't need electricity or water we were on 3 motorcycles with tent. So online sucks...
The park ranger was very nice the lake was beautiful the bathrooms were clean and stocked and a camp neighbor gave us a bunch of firewood.
