We made an overnight stop here while on our cross country trip. The park was mostly empty the night we stayed and it was very quiet. I suspect it could be more crowded and noisy during busy seasons, but it was still a very pleasant campground. It is a bit dated but the bathrooms and campsites were neat and clean.

Loved my time there the only thing that I feel could be improved is the bathroom oh and water for each site not shared. Other than that if I could have controlled the weather that would have made it better.

Very peaceful and the view of the lake was awesome! There were only a few folks in the park that night. With the Senior Forever pass you just can’t beat water and electric for $10!

I stay at the same campsite at Gentry Creek every time I'm passing through. It is beautiful and peaceful, and you get a great sunset and a great sunrise from the same point.

Once you have reserved and are occupying your campsite, if a Gate Attendant is on duty (Thursday - Monday 10AM to 10PM), please take the time to check-in with them, otherwise a volunteer will check you in during their daily patrol of the campground. Thank you. |
