66 Country RV Park

I chose this RV park because the rates were reasonable and the sites have concrete pads. Before booking, I read reviews mentioning concerns about management being rude, but because of the price and amenities, I decided to give it a chance.

Everything was fine until Friday evening. I work nights and sleep during the day. When I woke up, I found three texts from the manager, Tina. The first two asked if I had a dog, but I hadn’t seen them because I was asleep. The third message, sent around 6 PM, stated that if I didn’t respond, she would “pull my trailer out.”

Threatening a paying guest over a non-urgent matter after only a couple of unanswered texts is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, my experience matched the concerns I had seen in previous reviews. I will not be returning.

Kicked out after 1 week without a reason nor a pro-rated refund. Looked at reviews on other sites. She does this a lot. Might be a scam she runs

I stayed here for a few months. We have a big fifth wheel and the spots were very accommodating. The Wi-Fi isn't the greatest but does work. Amber is a great manger and took care of our needs well.

Quick check in on phone. The lady is very nice and welcoming. Spots are all concrete with a concrete pad just for the steps. My fifth wheel is 40 ft and I can park my 3500 crew cab service truck behind my rv and still have room for a car in front of my rv. Very good water pressure and the electric box has 30 and 50 amp plugs with a couple 110 outlets for heated water hose.

The park itself is not bad at all. Spots are a little close together. Pads are concrete & have their own grassy areas. The reason for the 1 star is because you can't leave a review without it. WORST rv park manager EVER! Refuses to communicate over the phone & will barely communicate thru text. Told my husband we're being kicked out because of a "no pitbull" policy. #1 We have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, not a pit. Our other dog is a rescue so we're not really sure what she is other than a 50lb chicken & is half blind. #2 We wouldn't have moved here if there were breed restrictions in their pet policy (because people are always saying Staffys are pits), BUT I have read & reread their policy & there aren't ANY breed restrictions listed. Not counting the fact that there are others here with "bully breeds", people letting their dogs run around not leashed, and people that ARE violating multiple policies listed on their website. Now, if she had led with excessive barking, there wouldn't be an issue because our dogs do & that IS in their policy. We've never seen her in person & doesn't seem to ever be in the office. It just blows my mind that someone would blatantly lie about policy (when it's so easy to screenshot the website) & then ignore being called on it.
