A great place to get away from the crowds. The hiking trails are perfect for family enjoyment. The bass in the lake are active and healthy. The campsites are clean and spacious. We can’t wait to visit again.

Site 44 was awesome and easily the best spot on the loop. It has super easy access to the water, and the picnic table is actually set farthest from the road, which made it feel more peaceful than most sites. The only slightly odd thing is that the neighboring site is pretty close and kind of butted up against it, but honestly, all the neighbors were quiet and wonderful, so it was a non issue. Overall, a fantastic site and one I would happily book again.

Friendly, well kept campground. Would prefer a few more bathhouses but that’s it!

This campground is beautiful!! We stayed in an electric site and really enjoyed our stay. The sunrises in the morning over the water are epic.

The campsite was tucked in with quick access to the water. The facilities were nice and the refuge itself felt more like a safari than a campground. A truly unique experience! Would definitely stay again!
