Great get away no spam calls. It's the best thing next to deer camp. Which also has no cell service. Truly peaceful place to stay

I have been camping at Doris campground for many years now. This trip was exceptional. The weather was perfect for fall camping, quiet except for the occasional coyotes yelping. It was a clear night sky so the star gazing was amazing. I will definitely be back.

From I-44 take Highway 49 (exit 45). Go west 7 miles to the Refuge gate or 14 miles to the Visitor Center. If coming from Highway 62, take Highway 115 (Cache exit) north to the Refuge Gate.
