This is a beautiful park. The sunsets are amazing. Justin at check-in was so helpful and he even moved our site for us. Due to a electrical mishap with the last campers. We will be back!

Birch Lake is my preferred place to go camping. The facilities are well maintained. The sites are generously laid out, not cheek-to-jowl like many. Lots of trees; oaks not cedar. This is not a big party lake and I'm glad.

The gate attendant Justin was friendly and helpful. You have to share water hydrants so make sure you look for them before. Parking. The addition of 50A to some of the sites would be a definite plus, overall a clean and well maintained park.

Very quiet and well kept campground. The showers were clean except for the typical night time bugs. Will definitely be camping there again.

The area of the spots are grown up and not cleared out. It was snakey and in poor condition. I only had 2 feet in front of my door then it drops off. The beach is full of big rocks. Very dangerous for little kids or grown ups as you could hit your head or cut your leg. Very dangerous.

I’ve stayed at the park twice. The second time we had site 40 and it was definitely not my favorite. It was on a hill (which we knew), but the ground really didn’t work for well for tents. Plus there is no shade. I will definitely camp at this park again just in a different site.
