We had a very nice experience at Birch Cove as far as the camping goes. However the fishing was a bit disappointing considering the lake environment. We will definitely consider another shot at this peaceful location.

One of my favorite parks. We had a lovely spot and very few neighbors since it was the last weekend of the season.

We were looking forward to using the fishing dock. My sister is confined to
A wheelchair and in the past we have been able to use the docks. But they are severally unsafe!! The boards on the walk are u stable and we were unable to get her down the ramp due to bowing in the plastic boards. I talked to a carpenter and he explained that there is not enough support in walkway and presents a potentially bad accident. Please have someone personally look at it. Im not in a wheelchair and i felt unsafe as well as everyone we encountered trying to fish.
Our family reserved 4 spots for the week and it was disappointing that she couldnt fish.
