Tall Chief Cove is a well-maintained campground with clean facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful waterfront sites, making it a great spot for relaxation and family fun. Many visitors appreciate the shaded areas, easy access to the lake, and the helpfulness of gate attendant Kathy. While some sites may be narrow and lack sewer hookups, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

We stayed at B37. Nice site, very clean bathrooms/showers. Showers were a bit cold, but it was the last weekend of the season.

Booked on first day of availability to get my favorite spot, A13. As a tent camper, I always appreciate power and water at the site and clean restrooms/shower facilities at no extra cost.

Pads are not wide enough and have a 10 inch drop off. Rv spots not cleaned up (Ash in the grill and firepit), other trash left laying around. Leaves could have been blown off site! Water too far away from spot (needed 50 extra feet).

From Tulsa, Oklahoma, take Highway 75 north to State Highway 20. Take the Skiatook exit, turn west on State Highway 20 and drive about 15 mi. Turn left on Lake Road and proceed about five miles to the campground.
