Tall Chief Cove is a well-maintained campground with clean facilities, friendly staff, and beautiful waterfront sites, making it a great spot for relaxation and family fun. Many visitors appreciate the shaded areas, easy access to the lake, and the helpfulness of gate attendant Kathy. While some sites may be narrow and lack sewer hookups, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Still our favorite place we have been so far. Clean - no stickers, poison ivy, grass is mowed, water is clear, trees are high enough to drive under, RV spots are spaced out enough.

From Tulsa, Oklahoma, take Highway 75 north to State Highway 20. Take the Skiatook exit, turn west on State Highway 20 and drive about 15 mi. Turn left on Lake Road and proceed about five miles to the campground.
