We stayed at site 11 in Brooken Cove. Not only was it clean and quiet, the views were spectacular. Bathrooms were more than adequate and very clean. Keep in mind that water hookups can be further from the pad than most, so bring a long hose. Will definitely be back in the spring. We are kind of sad that they close the rec areas during winter.

The park itself is clean and quiet. We never met the camp host and only saw someone at the gate once.
Signage into the park telling you which way to go for your site could be better. Make sure you have the app up so you can look at the campground map if you are not familiar with the park.
Now for my complaint. The camp host has dogs off leash. I would not have said anything if two of the dogs had not come at me running, barking, and growling. I was walking inside the park and was at least 100 yards away from where the dogs came from. One of the dogs stayed closer to the lady who was yelling at them to come back. The other got within 5 five feet of me. Growling and barking at me. She looked to be still nursing pups. I yelled at the lady 3 times and she never responded to me. This dog was acting in an aggressive manner. I believe if I would have moved at all the dog would have attacked me. It did eventually move back to the young lady and I slowly backed away. I did let a ranger now what happened.
This camp host had dogs off leash the entire time we where there. Trash was piled up around their site and it was very unclean. We have stayed at several COE's and this is the first we would not recommend due to the aggressive dogs.
