Camp Host was great. Very friendly and helpful. Campsite and restrooms were also great. I had to leave in the middle of the night after running off Raccoons for the tenth time. The last time 3 came out from under my kayak cover. No food. Maybe they smelled fish odor. If you camp there, lock all foodstuffs in your vehicle.

Those with long RVs may find spaces limited in this campground, at least in the area we stayed (Loop C). Loops A and B were not open yet for the season. The campground host was friendly and offered information on the area. Roads were paved, and sites were partially concrete and partially gravel. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. There was one shower house and restroom facility for our loop. It didn't seem to be a problem, however, as we were early in the season. Overall, we would recommend this campground. There are lots of activities, many of them centered on the Chickasaw culture. An interesting area.

This is my favorite place to camp. I love the hiking trails, the cold springs, and kayaking the lake. The camp host is always nice. The bathrooms are nice and well maintained. Be aware, though, that the raccoons are super aggressive. Last weekend they tore a big hole in my tent trying to get my dog's food. She was in the tent with me. I put it up, went outside, yelled at them, and they kept coming back and ripping the hole more, even with the light on. The camping trip prior to this one, they stole her whole gallon Ziploc bag of food from my tent. Learn from my mistakes, and don't leave any food out in your tent. Keep it in a sealed tote.

The site is amazing! Right on the water and just a short walk to the showers and bathrooms! Highly recommend.

Very pretty campground, bathroom area was nice. Lots of trails nearby to drive to and hike. Very nice camp host. Except, one night, partying in the middle of the night and he did not say anything to them, but did make them leave for the next night.
I will be returning in the fall. My campsite was wooded and very nice.
