We loved it. There was some unexpected rain, other than that we had great time at lake.

Was originally reserved in spot C56 near the water but couldn't get my 23' trailer in the spot, too tight. Had to cancel and pick another spot C82 which was great. Recreation.gov charged me a $12 cancellation fee which i believe was excessive since the park was empty this week. Oh, and then i discovered that this was a water/electric only site. I was planning on de-winterizing the trailer. that was my fault for not reading carefully. I will return as its close.

Sites were very clean, lots of trees for shade, fishing was good, and enjoyed the stay. It was mentioned somewhere, but it was difficult to obtain cell phone service. We were in a 25-foot travel trailer.

Very nice campgrounds with new comfort station. Solar showers were ok but don't get real hot. Lots to do in the rec area, the town, and surrounding area. Nice hiking trails and plenty of spots to fish. Camp hosts were busy and very friendly. Camp ground was well maintained.
