Alsea Falls Recreation Site is a beautiful, well-maintained campground that offers spacious, private campsites and easy access to scenic hiking trails, including a lovely trek to Alsea Falls. Reviewers appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, clean facilities, and the charming, rainforest setting. While some noted minor issues with bathroom maintenance and road noise, overall, the campground is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in nature.

Beautiful campground and falls. Helpful ranger. Unfortunately, the group next to us engaged in a loud domestic dispute about 1 in the morning and again around breakfast time. This was not the park’s fault.

Is it beautiful place to spend a day or two. Waterfall was gorgeous even though the overall water level was low. Make sure you dip your head in one of the Falls for a refreshing cool down.

Great except it’s hard to stake a tent in heavy gravel. Also hard and rocky under the tent.

Well kept sites with clean restrooms, beautiful trails and a great host ready to help with information. The people were all respectful of each other and we had a very relaxing stay!
