Beautiful site, spot 9 was very private for a state park like this one. Only hang up was someone was already in our site when we arrived. Directions about what is, and more importantly what is not, walk up could be clearer to avoid tense interactions. Otherwise a fantastic place to camp.

My favorite campground, I've been coming here for years. The campground was clean and well maintained. People were friendly. I love the waterfall.

The campground sites are spacious and more private than many other campgrounds. The majorly of creekside sites have paths to the creek. The forest trails include rainforesty and drier paths, and all are gorgeous. On weekends, the trails emanating from the waterfall day use can be quite busy, but the trails emanating from the campground are much less used. One can take the trails behind the campground and not meet anyone. The camp host and the rangers maintain the campground beautifully. Sites 2, 4, 14, and 15 have particularly nice paths to the creek.

Love the campground, will be going back in a couple weeks. It's beautiful, peaceful and a real get away from everything.
The first restroom (closet to entrance) could use some maintenance. Definitely bring hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes.
Overall, a beautiful place. Highly recommend.

Lots of nature walks to do. We enjoy the solitude and the quiet. The road noise is minimal.
No TP in the outhouse after a long weekend. Camp host was gone. No firewood, glad we brought our own.

This is a beautiful site and it was nice and quiet for our stay. Short, easy hike to the falls. It's small and seems well maintained although in the 3 days we were there, we saw no maintenance staff. We camped late in the season and there was no firewood left. We brought enough so we were OK.
