had to cancel due to a vehicle breakdown, neither you or the campground was able to give a partial refund or even answer the phone. your website was unresponsive as well, yet it said a partial refund was available.

This campground is full of fat RVs and people who listen to radios all day and night. Not a nature lover's campground, but an equipment lover's campground. There was a wedding going on down by the lake that had music blasting at various times. I can't believe that was allowed, but apparently it was. And our campsite "neighbor" had a smokey fire on a night that was hot, and a radio playing loudly as they sat there staring at the smoke. Really? Learn how to be quiet, dude; your kids will one day thank you. Anyway, eventually somebody else went over and told them to turn off the music at about 9:30, but the smoke blew into our site all night. Also, the 120V outlet at our site didn't work and the spigot leaked unless you adjusted it just-so. I would not stay there again. Not a respectful crowd and nobody enforcing anything.

Great campground, but time to spend some of the profits on maintenance. Sites need to be leveled, trails and roads repaved, bathrooms painted.

It's a great campground, each site a half acre, fun mtn biking from the campground around the reservoir, and the staff super friendly and helpful.
