Easy to find even though AppleMaps did not pull it up by name. Not a bad site in the campground. The road noise due to proximity to the highway is a bit of a bummer, but we slept with white noise and earplugs and were fine. Otherwise peaceful. We floated the Deschutes on a route that ended directly at Big River. One of our sites had a fire pit that did not have a grate for cooking which caused extra work.
We enjoyed watching the deer wander through each morning and evening.

This campground is convenient although having one bathroom for all 3 sites isn’t enough. Sites were fine although B and C are pretty close to the road. It was fine and we also had signal.

The location is centrally located which makes it very convenient to visit many places in the area. There were clean vault toilets and garbage receptacles. It is in close proximity to the river though only a couple of the sites have direct access. The road around the campground is very poor with many deep ruts and holes. There are only 10 sites and the one we had made it very difficult to back up a 22 ft trailer.

Campground is pretty rough and rundown. Tables are in rough shape and ours was low to the ground. Lots of road noise although close to the river. And no water, which is noted on the campground description.
