What Guests Are Saying
Bull Bend Campground offers beautiful river views and spacious campsites with convenient long driveway pull-throughs. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the toilets. However, there are concerns about fire safety due to the high fire danger, despite some campers ignoring regulations.

Fishing was awful. Crazy weather (lightning rain), which I do understand is not the campgrounds fault, rather the location. Only (1) pit toilet. Although, toilet was maintained very well, there was just one. No potable water. Road to get to campground is rough, dusting and narrow. Drunkards constantly floating by on the River. I would surely encourage people to seek a different location to spend their precious time.

Great campground, rough narrow road driving in but no big deal if you take it slow. Be sure not to follow Google directions or you will end up at a forest service gate. Reserved online, was overcharged and there was no reserved sign on my site upon arrival. Luckily my site was still available. Great campground.

No garbage service, cans were overflowing. Also, switched campsites and paid cash for the new site. Campground host was going to refund our money for site 10 and note this change in campground records, but he never returned with the refund. I have now applied for a refund on site # 11.
Otherwise, it is beautiful campground. May return next year.

Beautiful setting on the Deschutes River. Large, spacious camp sites. With Only 12 sites and a bumpy gravel road to get there, helps prevent overcrowding

Small campground. Bumpy dirt roads are worth the drive. Sites are very close together. Views of the water are great at most sites as well. Can float a little 0.5 mile loop on repeat. Water calm enough for SUP easily with dogs. Some sites not completely drive through. Only 1 vault toilet. No running water or fresh water available so be prepared and bring your own. Overall, nice little spot.
