What Guests Are Saying

Fall River Campground offers a beautiful, clean, and quiet location ideal for fly fishing, with spacious campsites and easy access to the river. Many campers appreciate the serene atmosphere and the proximity to hiking trails. However, there were some issues with reserved spots being occupied and occasional noise from generators.

It's a really beautiful area. However, when I arrived I found a couple camped in my reserved spot. They said that they arrived that morning and that there were no reserved signs so they took the spot. It was very frustrating because I arrived later in the afternoon pretty tired, and had to wait almost an hour for the couple to leave my spot. They were frustrated too because there was no sign indicating that the spot was reserved.

Fall River is one of our favorite spots to fly fish. It’s so clear and especially fun to throw a dry fly and get these big trout to rise! The campground is always clean and quiet and located right on the river. From there it’s a short walk up to the headwaters, where the river bubbles right out of the ground. The hatchery is nearby as well and is worth a visit to see the operations and to fly fish!
