What Guests Are Saying

Fall River Campground offers a beautiful, clean, and quiet location ideal for fly fishing, with spacious campsites and easy access to the river. Many campers appreciate the serene atmosphere and the proximity to hiking trails. However, there were some issues with reserved spots being occupied and occasional noise from generators.

The campground road needs serious work. The host is non existent and this is from our visit in June and again in Sept. he lights off his generator at 7:00am and leaves, returning at noon or so. Did not see him once in our 4 days this year. He leaves his dog to bark all day in his trailer. Avoid 6 unless you want to listen to his dog and gen set. Great location, great fishing, great guests, filthy toilets and no host presence actually breaking campground rules.

It took a lot to get even closer to level in #7

Beautifully campground on the river. Lots of fly-fishers, so must be cautious of flying hooks.
I was in the campsite next to the toilet and occasionally could smell it. I still enjoyed everything and will definitely be back.

Beautiful site right on the river. You could see trees that the beavers had cut down or had started to work on which was super cool. The stars were so bright and it was a reasonable 20 minutes from downtown Sunriver and 7 minutes from the fish hatchery which was fun to go drink morning hot chocolate at and feed the fish.
