What Guests Are Saying
Black Canyon Campground offers a beautiful setting beside a glacier-fed river, providing a cool swimming area during hot summer days. The campground is well-maintained, with clean facilities and friendly hosts, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, visitors should be aware of the nearby train and highway noise, which can be disruptive at times, especially at night.

Even though the campsite was totally out of water, the host was very nice and communicative about the situation, and we had a great time! The facilities were also very clean and helped us feel safe in these strange times. Thanks!

Despite water access issues, the camp host is better than ever. And, I have stayed here many times over the years. One of my favorite spots in the west.

This is a beautiful location! A word of caution though. The road is really narrow, it’s difficult to back in a camper. We have a 12 foot pop up camper and we had to unhitch it and push it by hand into the spot.
