The toilet building had a "wheelchair accessible", symbol, but there was a 3 or 4 inch cement footing around the entrance. Most wheelchair users would need assistance to use this amenity.

I stopped here for one night while on a trip south through Oregon. Nice campground with plenty of grass and spacious sites. Bathrooms were in good shape.
If you wanted peace and tranquility, maybe not the best spot, lots of families and children here in mid summer. But nothing unruly, just folks having fun camping.
Make sure you have a smart phone with internet access in order to pay online. There's no envelope or slot in which to drop your cash or check payment at this campground and the entry station kiosk was not staffed when I was there.

Rv pad was very uneven, Rangers were rude,I caught them looking through another camp sites belongings when the campers were not there.

Enjoyed the site we were in. Plenty of room for our trailer and tent. We were also able to park our boat trailer at site as well. There was access to the lake right from our site, making it easy to access our drift boat and kayaks. Our stay was at the end of August, so water level was down, making it a longer walk from our site to the waters edge. Nice little beach so that we did not have to go through the mud. Downside of the site is is that there is limited shade, making hot days extremely uncomfortable.

From Eugene, Oregon: Traveling south on Interstate 5 to Exit 172. Take exit 172, turn left on 6th street / London Road, and drive approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 miles to Pine Meadows Campground.
From Roseburg, Oregon: Traveling north on Interstate 5 to Exit 170. Take exit 170; continue driving on Highway 99 for approximately 2.3 miles. Take a right on Latham Road and drive approximately 1 mile. Turn Right on London Road and drive approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 mile to Pine Meadows Campground.
Pine Meadows Campground is accessible via Interstate 5, with Exit 172 located approximately 3 miles from the campground when traveling south. For northbound access, Exit 170 on Interstate 5 connects to Highway 99, leading to local roads that reach the campground.
