I camped here twice this summer at sites 47 and 63. We loved being right next to Cottage Grove Lake which had great water levels this summer. Overall, the campground is clean and fairly quiet. The rangers and camp hosts were very friendly. I would recommend this campground.

When we first arrived the people in space 78 was blocking our space (79) and someone had their white car parked in our space. We had to ask them to move, and then we had to back into our spot from the other end. They later moved their truck. They had lots of dogs (well behaved) but one of them kept straying over to our campground and my friend had to walk her back to them, as they didn't even notice their dog took off.
It was a pleasant stay all together. Peaceful after 10pm. But I wasn't a fan of someone's bright headlights pointing straight into our campsite for close to 5 minutes while I was trying to enjoy the fire. I think people need to be more courteous about stuff like that. Not trying to be a "Karen", I'm a very passive person. I just want to enjoy what I pay for.

From Eugene, Oregon: Traveling south on Interstate 5 to Exit 172. Take exit 172, turn left on 6th street / London Road, and drive approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 miles to Pine Meadows Campground.
From Roseburg, Oregon: Traveling north on Interstate 5 to Exit 170. Take exit 170; continue driving on Highway 99 for approximately 2.3 miles. Take a right on Latham Road and drive approximately 1 mile. Turn Right on London Road and drive approximately 3 miles. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 mile to Pine Meadows Campground.
Pine Meadows Campground is accessible via Interstate 5, with Exit 172 located approximately 3 miles from the campground when traveling south. For northbound access, Exit 170 on Interstate 5 connects to Highway 99, leading to local roads that reach the campground.
