We enjoyed the river with our dog. We weren't there long enough to do a lot of exploring. I would have liked to have a chance to hike the trail that took you to the reservoir. The lawns were nicely mowed, and the place was clean and well kept. Well managed. We got there around 6 p.m., and there wasn't any one in the booth, but soon after we were driving around to find a camp spot, the manager drove up in a golf cart to help us. They was a lot of room for each camp site, which was nice. People were friendly, and it was a nice spot. Next time we'll stay longer.

Nice park for families. Long list of rules - most I am fine with, but the no alcohol rule is pretty silly.

Quieter then other nearer campsites, bathrooms are clean overall, except during the 4th or weekends. If you plan on using a tent make sure to have very sturdy stakes and bring a hammer, because there is lots of gravel in the ground making it very hard to drive the stakes in. The water tastes ok and is clear. Showers are actually pretty warm. Its pretty nice over all.

Great camp sites and clean bathrooms. We had a site just along the river and it was perfect. Tons of families and kids biking around all day long. Highly recommend!!

This is an amazing RV park. I’ve always said, if they had hook ups it would probably be $80.00/night. The area is so beautiful. The RV spots are spaced nicely apart so one does not feel crowded at all.
