This was our first stay at this park. The hosts were wonderful and meet our every need.the park was wonderful and woody. My only negative comment was the noise from the road in front! While busy and noisy durning the day, we were not bothered at night when sleeping!

Decent campground, definitely intended more for RVs and trailers rather than tents. Great weekday getaway I’d you’re looking for something quiet. The weekend is obviously busier and louder.

Campsite 38 D was well kept and beautiful, hiking trails amazing, and the camp hosts were all so nice and friendly! The campground itself was family friendly, quiet (and it was full!), and very well maintained. My only con is that there were not enough showers to accommodate the amount of campers it seemed, usually a line of 3-4 waiting anytime of the day/evening but- that would not be a deterrent for me to go again

This was by far the worst family camping trip of all time. Dogs barked all day and night. The neighbors had the loudest generator ever made running all day. The park host drove to our sight screaming at us about driving slower even though we stayed at the speed limit posted everywhere. When we explained that it's just a big truck and sounds louder but we were doing the speed limit he screamed he was telling the park ranger to kick us out which never happened. Park ranger said he trusted the host because he knew him and didnt know us even though we had multiple witnesses in our site and others that saw how wrong it was. Showers were inconsistent with hot turning to ice cold. Toilets won't flush either. The camp sight itself was beautiful but we were treated like trash. As we were packing up our kids tossed a frisbee. We had two sights so they played in the one we had finished. Camp host showed up and took the frisbee. When asked if we could have it back he got mad since the sight was empty. We had to explain it was ours for 4 more ours so the kids were playing. He reluctantly gave it back. We made do with our 7 kids at the lake up the road every day but will never ever return to this campground. We spent around $400 for both sights to be treated like garbage. Don't camp here if you don't want to be badgered for existing.
