I booked really late for the Labor day weekend. The only place left was a spot by the road. I figured what the heck we would give it a try. We did get to listen to bikers drive up and down all day long but other than that the site was beautiful. It back up to a corner of the park. We had access to about four times the space of our campsite. We took 5 dogs with us so they thought it was great. It is a beautiful park. You might want to book a little earlier than we did. There are some great spots by the river. But if you do book late don't be too afraid of the corner spot by the road. :) The park is very well maintain and clean. The showers and bathrooms are great. The camp host was also wonderful.

Love camping in this park.
I wish it was open year round. It would be a great place to camp all year long!

An absolutely wonderful park, with large campsites with many along the Row River. Biking, hiking and an occasional small group tour of Dorena Dam.

We do at least one trip here a year. It's great for being close to home with SOME cell service. Occasionally my husband is on call during the weekends. Being able to camp and be on call is great.

We had a great time with our family, the site was great, the people were friendly, and the rest rooms were clean. hope they add power to some of the sites some day.

Schwarz has always been a favorite and we live very close. It is a nice location to meet friends from other locations. One Problem - it closes too soon in the fall as the best fall camping is missed with the closing in mid September. Too bad...……….
