Clean campsites, the shower has warm water, volunteer staff are friendly and helpful. Appreciate the ability to use the dump station and refill water for longer stays. Would really like the dump station water hose to be fixed so that we could screw the hose into our back water flush and clean our toilet. Have been advised it's on backorder for six months due to procurement difficulties. We really like this campsite and return frequently to ride the Row River Trail. Thanks!

Well maintainted park with open spaces for other activities. Several paths and roads to traverse with good views of the dam, lake, and reservoir. Some sites are close and shady (away from the river), while others are a bit more open and sunny. We stayed by the river, west end, and it was shady but had good view and access to the river. No road noise, very quiet in the evenings but we stayed just after Labor Day, so much of the campground was empty. Note: You can't access the bridges/bike trail from here without going on the road about 1 mile. The bridges/bike trail was great -- lots of good views of the lake and plenty of places to rest if needed. NO services (like water/food) along the way other than a couple of restrooms.

It was all awesome until the smoke from nearby fire flooded our air and visibility. A red alert went into place and no more pit fires allowed. Then the showers/bathrooms were closed.and locked up. The porta potties were not leveled and it was rock away and shake shake! Left early. Sorry but while the fire is not something you can control, the shower/bathroom situation stank!!!
