LOUD! No camp host around and neighbors were blasting music for hours, garbage was overflowing and smelly. This is not a place to go to quietly enjoy the outdoors.

Had a decent experience here with a few complaints.
The pros: nice lake with good views, decent boat launch with ample parking, wasn't very crowded or loud. Campground was clean and maintained; the bathroom near our site was very clean and stocked. Camp host was very nice.
The cons: some of the sites were iffy in terms of being very uneven surfaces with lots of roots and no good spot for a tent. One of our sites had a big tree removed so there was no shade and most of the site had the root system remaining so it was very uncomfortable without much usable space. Also, no drinking water onsite.
There are some good sites with lake access, the rest leave something to be desired. Your mileage may vary.

Trash receptacles were overflowing and stunk as did the bathrooms. No campground host so people were running generators at 4 in the morning, playing loud music quite late and walking through our campsite to use the bathrooms. I will not be going back to this particular campground

The view at the campsite took our breath away. We were grateful to have our own little slice of beach access. And enjoyed some lazy time on the lake. It made for a perfect little weekend getaway.

There is no potable water at the campground, but water is available close by with not much effort. Almost all the spots are good for tent camping! Be prepared for the afternoons, because the wind howls through some campsites in the afternoon and evening, making cooking difficult. The campground hosts were very friendly and helpful and the vault toilets were clean and we never ran out of toilet paper. As another bonus, they actually smelled good too! Overall, this is a nice campsite!

Good sized sites, wooded area. Site #7 was along the roadway, but noise was tolerable at night. General cleanliness and upkeep of the campground could be better. Roads are in need of repair. We stayed at several better campgrounds on this trip.

The weather wasn't very cooperative this last trip but Princess Creek CG is one of my favorite. True camping. More tents than RV's. Sites are spaced nicely. Fairly quiet even though it's right on the Hwy. Beautiful view across the lake!

This campground was terrible. The site pictures online are all off by one, so you show up thinking you are staying in one site, but really it's another. Our site was so bad that we actually couldn't even pull our RV in. We would have been stuck. I do not recommend staying here at all.
